Date of Birth:
I was born on 26thSeptember 1990. I'm comming
and still live in Prague. It's capital city of Czech republic, state in
central Europe. I live with my family (father and mother) and I'm
studying at a high school, but I wanna go to study on Film Academy of
Music and Dramatic Arts.
When I was a little boy, I doing all sports, but none competitive, until
I was ten. When I was a ten, I started play soccer, which I was playing
up until I was 16. After that I finished with cometitive playing soccer.
I wanted to be a boxer like Rocky Balboa. It was a reason, why I started
train on my muscles a little harder then before, but I broke my hand
when I was fighting with my friend. I must have been in a hospital and I
lost every muscle what I had. I look horrible and felt the same. I
thought, that I finished with weight training. But in this hard
situation I remember what Friedrich Nietze Said: "That which not kill us
makes us stronger." and I started with much harder workouts. It was
fantastic. I was better every training. Day after day I can watching
changes on my body. I forgot that i wanted to be a boxer and I turned into
But where is the begin of my effort? I think, that everything began when
I broke my leg which I was playing soccer when I was 13. I wanted
rolling the ball, but the ball was much soft and my leg slide down
over the ball and broke it. i must going by staves and after two weeks I
watched my triceps started grow. So I started train on cross-bar
and my muscles were everyday better. After few weeks I had the biggest
muscles on Basic school and from that time I still train on my muscles.
But in this time I didn't know much about
weight training. I knew nothing about nutrition. I was only going to the
gym, until I was 16. In this age I got my first training plan by my
trainer. At that time I haven't knew that i will be bodybuilder yet. Few
months I train by this plan and results were amazing. My muscles grew
pretty fast and I still have knew nothing about nutrition.
After few months I found on the internet some
articles about bodybuilder nutritition. There was a text: "You can't
have big muscle without right nutrition". They're right. I had some
muscles, but when I started with bodybuilding nutrition, everything was
better. Strong, muscles, everything. In this age I've decided - i will
But I'm not only bodybuilder. I love many other
sports too, as soccer, table tennis, boxing, light atlhletics, .... I
love movies too. Since the time when I was a little boy I wanted to make
some movie. When I was 14, I try it. Result was horrible, but I haven't
capitulated. This time I know that I can make movie, but i have't people
for it. But it isn't changes that I wanna be a pro filmmaker.
This time I'm 17 years old student, amateur filmmaker and bodybuilder
and i preparing on my first competition who will be in May 2008. And
that's probably all for that time. I haven't so long life to I could
write more about them. 17 is only 17.
